  14. I just purchased a 16 bit Cardnal video card. Windows is fine with it,
  15. but when I'm in dos, the "C:\>" looks as if my table-top is shaking.
  16. The prompt is not steady. I've run VMODE, but this did not help. I
  17. moved my video board in every slot, but this did not help. Defective
  18. card maybe?? Help.......
