  12. Well, I'm pretty much sold PCPlus for windows.  It does seem to have
  13. some quirks every once in a while.  But, I use it with PC BBS's and
  14. main frames to download all the time and it works great!  I usually
  15. use ZMODEM for the BBS's and Kermit for the mainframe.  (kermit does
  16. give some UART errors, but the download continues)

  18. The only problems i've had downloading is when the BBS uses the
  19. program 'TAPE'.  When it uses tape the silly thing disconnects about
  20. 4 times for every file.  However, with the recovery set to on with ZMODEM
  21. it picks up where it left off.  A pain, but it works.
  22. As reference for you, I have a 386 33mhz 8Meg & a boca 14.4 modem.  Ive
  23. used PCPlus to download about 200meg of files over the last 3 or 4 months.
