  17. I assume you mean Configure/Preferences, enable "Save Configuration
  18. on Exit".

  20. Whenever I make any changes to my desktop, I *immediately* save my
  21. configuration (Configure/Save Configuration), just in case of an
  22. unexpected crash.  Better than waiting until I exit, as my machine
  23. is usually on 24 hours a day, and I do ALL my work under Windows,
  24. i.e., about the only time I exit Windows is to make changes in
  25. WIN.INI, SYSTEM.INI, CONFIG.SYS or AUTOEXEC.BAT effective.
