  15. Hi Netters,
  16.      For any of you following this discussion on SCSI controllers and double
  17. buuering, there is really good article in PC/Computing (Nov, 1992;p. 116) in the
  18. Windows Superguide section of the magazine. It describes bus-mastering
  19. controllers and their interaction with Windows. Vince Scarafino hit it
  20. right on the nose. That is why I enjoy this list; because the wealth of
  21. prompt and *correct* knowledge that comes through. BTW, this particular
  22. issue of PC/Computing is a *must have* for those who want to know
  23. exactly what files that come windows do exactly. It goes line by line
  24. through win.ini and system.ini, with suggestions on how to modify the contents
  25. to maximize perfomance.
