  14. VIETNAM TO REVEAL INFORMATION:
  15.    For the first time, Vietnam has agreed to reveal information it
  16. has about U.S. soldiers captured in Laos during the Vietnam War,
  17. Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., chairman of the Senate Select Committee
  18. on POW:MIA Affairs, said Saturday after returning from a two-day
  19. visit to Vietnam. Previously, Vietnam said only Laotian officials
  20. could give out information about incidents in their country.
