- Yes, I think I can.

- MCI, when it implemented its Internet->MCI mail gateway decided that it was
- critical for its users that each recepient receive the mail at the same time.
- They felt that this is what their users wanted - I suspect it has to do with
- letting people know about RFP's etc. In any case this lead to the decision
- that if a single piece of mail came that was addressed to several folks and
- one or more of them could not have the mail delivered to them, e.g. they no
- longer had an account, then the mail would not be delivered to any of them and
- would be returned to the sender.

- In response to complaints, MCI has indicated that they will change this, but
- have not promised a date for it. If this affects you, you should let the MCI
- Mail folks know about your desires and perhaps they will increase the priority
- of this project.
