  12. Hello reader(s):
  13.   I am a graduate student at Temple University. I am trying to write some small
  14. test programs in Interlanguage Communication (calling Fortran subroutine from C
  15. ) and I am having run-time error at the time of framework creation. Is this the
  16. right place to present problems of this kind ?
  17.  I am using CMS 5.6 version and I also have the manuals for ILC from SAS. But
  18. I just can not figure out. I tried to use ILCLINK utility but it did not help.
  19. All the time I get the following error message during execution...
  20. L$ILNGT undefined error.
  21. I tried map on all txtlib, text libraries partaining to SAS/C compiler but none
  22. of them contained this member. I do not know what to do where to go.
