- Subject: Looking for NetWare 2.x file utility
- Lines: 22
-
- Hello. I am looking for a file utility, compatible with NetWare 2.2,
- that will allow me to move a file tree from point A to point B on a
- volume while preserving trustee rights for all directories and mac
- attributes for all files.
-
- In case that's not clear, a specific example: On volume FOO/BAR:, I
- want to move a subdirectory structure as follows:
-
- from -> FOO/BAR:\BOGUS\TREEROOT\...
- to -> FOO/BAR:\TREEROOT\...
-
- Is there something out there that I can use to do this? I'd prefer a
- shareware/freeware solution, but will consider all possibilities.
-
- I tried FILER, but it clobbered rights and ownership. I'm looking for
- suggestions -- any leads or info would be appreciated!
-
- Thanks in advance,
-
