  18.         I got tired of waiting on ftp.is.sandy.novell.com to get the oft
  19. mentioned patch file 311PTB.ZIP so I have done two things about it. I paid
  20. the (my) money to subscribe to Compuserve to get at NetWire first hand, and
  21. I moved the file to netlab2.usu.edu, cd misc. When Sandy eventually gets
  22. around to noticing they are two patch releases behind the times I'll delete
  23. the file from the misc directory.
  24.         If you don't know it already I should comment that Compuserve's
  25. implementation of the Kermit protocol is broken; it sent the file as TEXT
  26. rather than as BINARY, sigh. CIS: chat with me via the Email address above.
  27.         311ptb is the 11th in the 311ptN series, and what's new is contained
  28. in this snippet from the .doc file:

  66.         Abend when being run in conjunction with the

  72. numbering. On second thought, make that gigi-quential (sp?).
