  21.     I had a very bad luck with this backup unit, I had to put an
  22. effort to restore all the trustee and group information and of course
  23. there is no information in regards to disk space restriction.The mail ID
  24. directories are there but don't know who own them. The ownership of the
  25. files are everything belong to the supervisor instead of individual
  26. users and the list goes on and on. Everything I mentioned above were
  27. gone and I ended up restoring them manually. I just don't trust with
  28. that unit. The technical person give me access their BBS to download 
  29. their beta test but still failed. They claimed it works
  30. with version 2.1x therefore they gave me the BBS number which supposedly
  31. to work with Novell 3.11 but I had no luck. I don't have a contact with
  32. the technical person anymore since about a month or so therefore I don't
  33. know what is their current situation about the Novell 3.11 solutions. 
  34. However, it's good for backing up the DOS files and we use it here for
  35. backing up our faculty and staff machines. I just bought Trakker 250
  36. which is manufactured by Colorado and still having difficulty but am
  37. still waiting their technical person's response to solve my problem.
  38. Anyway, that's all I can comment about the Backpack maybe someone's
  39. else on the net have any luck with this and I surely would like to hear that.
