  16. Just a note to let others know what is probably already known - but anyway.

  18. If you use NBACKUP ensure that the setting in CONFIG.SYS for your country
  19. is that same when doing a restore as when the backup was done.  I've just
  20. spent some time with a user who backed up a faulty server before stripping
  21. it and re-creating it.  All went well until time to restore using NBACKUP.
  22.  An immediate error informed us that the restore was terminated.  The
  23. problem was that the country settings were different on the machine
  24. doing the restore to those on the machine that did the backup.
