--Yes, and again, Yes.  Whether anyone has reported it, I cannot say.  I
have tried for about a week to talk to tech support at NBI, but they do not
return my calls.  (The receptionist now asks what the matter is, and I
suspect they are practicing triage, responding to the most serious laments, and
 letting
others of us turn slowly in the winds of our mistakes and ignorance.)
--I solve the problem of loading personal dictionaries by loading them in
\nbstart.int, as in nb3, though there the file was called startup.int.  This
is not a satisfactory solution because these files do not reload after all
the memory swaps when one invokes either IBID or Orbis.
