  31. I have tried OS/2 on my machine (Toshiba 3100sx with 5Mb) and with N.B. 4.0
  32. Lingua and it worked well. But I do recommend that when You buy that computer
  33. it should be 486 with 8Mb memory and at least 80Mb hard disk. And of course,
  34. You should chech that it is truly working with OS/2 2.0 (perhaps You should buy
  35. a IBM machine?).
  36. I have only 40Mb hard disk and I have tried DRDOS 6 (excellent but problems
  37. with Toshiba's special features). I use DesQview and Windows 3.1, allthought
  38. I don't like Windows so much, because it is unstable and in DesQview I get 
  39. troubles with N.B.'s display fonts.
  40. OS/2 is excellent and stable, but it is a little bit demanding (there is much
  41. more to learn). It is truly multitasking (I formatted disks background when 
  42. I was working with N.B.). But at the momemt I don't use OS/2 because I don't
  43. have enough disk space for it and my applications.

  45. Notice: Full OS/2 takes about 30Mb hard disk space, but then there is 
  46. Win 3.0 with it (Win 3.1) support should be quite soon. Also, there should
  47. be a lighter version of OS/2 in the beginning of '93. You should also check
  48. November and December published PC Magazines (there are tests and reviews 
  49. of OS/2).
