  21.    Once one leaves the college dorm, those late night discussions about
  22.    religion and the nature of the universe are rather difficult to come
  23.    by.  Many people settle on a set of beliefs and do not wish have any
  24.    further discussions, but some of us hunger for more information and
  25.    discussion.

  27.    OBJ-REL is intended to fill this need.  Discussion on OBJ-REL is
  28.    intended to be centered around such topics as:

  30.               Existence of God or gods
  31.               Creationism versus Evolution
  32.               Reasons for the Existence of Religions
  33.               Epistimology
  34.               Religion and Government
  35.               Religious Behavioral Norms
  36.               Effects of Religion on Society
  37.               Any Discussion related to Religion that offers to
  38.                   to Broaden our Scope of Understanding
  39.  
  40.    This discussion is NOT intended to be forum for emotional appeals to
  41.    convert others to your "faith", but discussions about the content of
  42.    your beliefs AND THE REASONS FOR THOSE BELIEFS are encouraged.

  44.    In short OBJ-REL is intended to be a Scientific discussion of
  45.    Religion and Religious beliefs for the layman.
