- Before we end up with any gross misunderstandings in this discussion, just
- two points: 1. The Bosnian situation is certainly a European problem, first of
- all. The US has indicated its willingness to take at least some action (no-fly
- zone enforcement, for example) but there is a reluctance (perhaps justified
- from their point of view) on the part of the Europeans to go along.

- 2. My comment on Mr. Meyer_Kress was understandably provoked by his
- undiplomatic command (to put it charitably):"I do want to see any more postings
- etc." That is the STYLE of the 1930's, not a pleasant memory. Sorry about that.
