  11.  Before we end up with any gross misunderstandings in  this discussion, just
  12. two points: 1. The Bosnian situation is certainly a European problem, first of
  13. all. The US has indicated its willingness  to take at least some action (no-fly
  14. zone enforcement, for example) but there is a reluctance (perhaps justified
  15. from their point of view) on the part of the Europeans to go along.

  17.             2. My comment on Mr. Meyer_Kress was understandably provoked by his
  18. undiplomatic command (to put it charitably):"I do want to see any more postings
  19. etc." That is the STYLE of the 1930's, not a pleasant memory. Sorry about that.
