  12. On a recent user survey, hospital managers (both nursing and nonnursing)
  13. rated our TACOS (Table of Contents Service) their favorite library service.
  14. It is HEAVILY used here by hospital employees. The education department people
  15. who do new employee orientation tell every new employee about it.

  17. Of course, we offer the same service to our physicians. Some use it, but
  18. proportionately not as much as employees.

  20. Each individual can pick the journals for which they want TACOS. We do it on
  21. an individual request basis in order to comply with copyright guidelines. TACOS
  22. has a direct effect on our collection development.
