  15. I am trying to ascertain some perspective on "normal" or "average" PLUSNET
  16. usage.

  18. Question 1:  Concerning your PLUSNET stats:  how many transactions (refs
  19. browsed, downloaded, printed, hours of usage) do you log on your CD PLUSNET
  20. in a month (on the average...)?
  21.  
  22. Question 2:  Is your entire facility (hospital, academic medical center,
  23. satellite libraries) networked?
  24.  
  25. Question 3:  Does your PLUSNET configuration support dial access?
  26. If so,who may dial in?
  27.  
  28. Question 4:  Where are PLUSNET workstations located?
  29.  
  30. Question 5:  Do you assess any charges for PLUSNET access?  Who must pay?
