  11. Vol. 2 of ICD 9 (1991) is the Index to Diseases.  On page 365 there is
  12. a cross reference from "HIV Infection" to Human Immuno. Virus.  Yet,
  13. when you go to p. 366 to that reference there is a blank space.  Does
  14. anyone know if a supplement has been issued/will be issued. /// It
  15. looks as if something similar occurred in the 3rd ed., 1989, where there
  16. is a reference to an addendum which is bound it.  I'm assuming that HIV
  17. coding must still be done from the 3rd ed.???
