  56. THE CONFERENCE:
  57. ICCE '93 is to provide a forum for scientific interchange among computer
  58. scientists, educators, and cognitive scientists through-out the world,
  59. especially  from  the Asia-Pacific region, on a broad spectrum of
  60. inter-disciplinary research topics, focusing on the theory and technologies
  61. of applying computers in education. Also, it is hoped that the conference
  62. can intrigue the topic of the impact on designing educational software due
  63. to the difference in culture and philosophy of education between Asia and
  64. the West. There will be tutorials and invited talks on the state of the
  65. art of the area, and demonstrations of working systems, prototypes, and
  66. selected commercial products.

  91. SUBMISSION:
  92. Authors are requested to submit manuscripts (in English) of no more than
  93. 5000 words describing original results of their research work.  Papers
  94. should be double-spaced and printed with high quality printers using type
  95. style of 11-point or larger.  Each copy of the paper should have a cover
  96. page containing the title of the paper, names and addresses of the authors,
  97. e-mail of one author who is responsible for all correspondence (unless
  98. specified otherwise, correspondence will be directed to the first author
  99. listed), a list of at least five keywords, and an abstract of no more
  100. than 200 words.  Five copies of each paper should be sent with a cover
  101. letter by airmail to the Secretary of the conference (alternatively,
  102. submission can be through e-mail, but must be in LaTeX format).
