  13. Raul, I TRY (and do not always succeed) to model group activities in the TA
  14. orientation (intensive week before the semester starts) and in the subsequent
  15. TA seminar. I try to show how virtually everything that can be done in class
  16. (and out to some extent) can be done in groups. I try to make the case for
  17. group activities by having TAs engage in them and then to reflect on what
  18. happened.
