  12. The 3081-D known as RPIECS will be taken out of service at the first of the
  13. year.  It will not be replaced.  The principle services offered by RPIECS
  14. (most notably LISTSERV, COMSERVE, and TRICKLE) are being transfered to the
  15. neighboring node, RPITSVM.
