  14. Earlier in the Fall I queried Libref-L about anyone who had done
  15. computer user skills surveys of library patrons. I received 3 notes
  16. all of which asked me to share anything I found.  I located a similar
  17. type of survey called _ACCESS Survey of Stanford Scholars_ in a friends
  18. file.  I adapted it to make my own survey.  My survey was very useful
  19. but not very scientific.  If you are interested in the survey itself or
