-
- I simply went to my Amiga dealer and asked for a multi-sync monitor
- adapter for my A500. I am able to use the 1381A without a flicker fixer
- by connecting the MS cable included with the 1381 to the adapter and
- plugging the adapter into the RGB port. Cost $30.

-
- Did you get yours from Source Electronics International?
-
- A friend and I bought a couple of their 1381A's and found that the
- composite video was not set up properly. Further, the monitors looked
- like they may have been demos or returned to the store as defective.
- The cases and screens are without blemishes, but the boxes appear to
- have been opened.
-
- Fortunately I'm a fairly good DIY'er and was able to center and square
- the picture using a laserdisk and video camera as sources. It took
- about 3 hours for me to find the POT that adjusts horizontal centering
- on my friend's 1381.
-
- Now both of our 1381's look real good in composite and RGB modes.
-
- I'd sure like to know what the deal is with Source. My receipt says
- "all items are sold on 'as is' basis unless otherwise stated on
- invoice". They sound slightly shady. I don't even have a warranty
- card to send in to Mitsubishi.
