  18. Clinton servers.  It is definitely a step in the right direction
  19. and I think he has the right idea on how we can utilize our
  20. skills to good advantage to help promote and nurture it.

  25. are going to have the option of accepting email over
  26. an internet gateway to the House system as of January.

  28. The new House system (ISIS) will be released then.  It
  29. is in test now.

  31. I would recommend that we all go out and volunteer to help
  32. our local congressional district office with their
  33. computers.  At some point we will also each need to take
  34. some responsibility for getting a good lobbying effort
  35. going within our districts, so that our congress-people
  36. will know that the Internet connection is desired by the
  37. constituents.
