  14. How does one know whether a newsgroup that isn't on BITNET LISTSERV is
  15. subscribable? When I originally asked my question, I was thinking of the umpteen
  16. number of newsgroups found in a newsreader--the rec.game.art.starwars, alt.polit
  17. ics, type of newsgroups with the real long names--are these subscribable via
  18. email? Who do I send a letter to?What's the deal?
