- The user at RBTGS094@UXA.CSO.UIUC.EDU complains he needs
- the address for an Internet site, i.e. the "dotted quad"
- address for it.

- I would suggest he go complain to his system manager if
- he cannot get through via the legitimate name of an
- internet site and needs the dotted number. Mapping of
- names to numbers is a mandatory requirement of the RFCs
- that compose internet and the system must convert them.
