  12. The user at RBTGS094@UXA.CSO.UIUC.EDU complains he needs
  13. the address for an Internet site, i.e. the "dotted quad"
  14. address for it.

  16. I would suggest he go complain to his system manager if
  17. he cannot get through via the legitimate name of an
  18. internet site and needs the dotted number.  Mapping of
  19. names to numbers is a mandatory requirement of the RFCs
  20. that compose internet and the system must convert them.
