  15. We at Roger Williams University are considering requiring students
  16. to purchase (or perhaps lease) a personal computer. The potential
  17. benefits are many, as are the potential problems. I am trying to
  18. contact computer center staff at institutions that presently
  19. require some or all students to have a computer. I have a brief (12
  20. question) survey that I can mail to you directly if you are willing
