  23. The rulebook cannot be legally found on the net.  You can obtain the
  24. specific rules for each variant on the net but you cannot obtain the
  25. nitty-gritty of the rules.  This is mentioned specifically in the FAQ.  If
  26. you have obtained the rules on the net you're violating Avalon-Hill's
  27. copyright.
