  12.   I have a system manager who needs a PAK for INFOSERVER-DISK and INFOSERVER-
  13. TAPE. These products are listed on our CSLG but we did not receive PAKS and
  14. our local office knows absolutely nothing about PAKS.  He is also looking for
  15. a PAK for UCX (in addition to 4 we received) this is a PAK for version 2.0
  16. with SMTP. Any help will be appreciated!
