  12. I hope borland paid the real inventor for the copyright to their version of
  13. dbase and i'm not referring to ashton-tate either or it's possible what happened
  14. to ashton-tate could happen to borland in the future.
  15. Does anybody know why it took so long for the suit to come
  16. up against ashton-tate for their copyright infringement?  I just heard a
  17. news story that floated out of nowhere and didn't get the background on it.
