  18. I'm studying in Germany at the Fachhochschule Offenburg and want to finish
  19. this year. Since September '92 we are connected to the Internet. Due to
  20. this fact Electronic Mail should and could be used for all students and
  21. other people and so I'm always looking for more and better information.
