  13. I think one alters one's theoretical view by finding a(nother) theory
  14. that fits the data better than the one previously held or better than
  15. the atheoretical view that one has been taking.  Naturally, a knowledge
  16. of a theory that works will probably speed up this process.  Naturally I
  17. speak of the open-minded.
