  16.     The reason the older guy went to jail probably is because he not only sugge
  17. sted suicide, but also supplied the weapon for implementation.  This, in all li
  18. kelihood, looked to the jury as if he was at least partially serious when he ma
  19. de the suggestion.  I'm not saying he was serious; just what the jury possibly
  20. concluded from the circumstances.
