  14. We are trying to decide about a CD-ROM for our library, at the National
  15. Institute for Building Research, Israel.  This is a scientific library,
  16. serving some 100 researchers in the fields mentioned below.  We prefer
  17. that the Databases will include mainly (though not only) English
  18. written articles in scientific or scientific-popular periodicals or in
  19. scientific books.  It should cover the following topics:
  20.  
  21. 1.  BUILDING MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGY;
  22. 2.  CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND ECONOMICS;
  23. 3.  PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE OF BUILDINGS;
  24. 4.  BUILDING SERVICE SYSTEMS (HVAC; PLUMBING; ELECTRICITY; ELEVATORS
  25.     ETC.);
  26. 5.  STRUCTURES.

  28.    Any assistance in locating the appropriate CD-ROMs, adresses,
  29. information etc. will be greatly appreciated.  We seek help from
  30. engineering libraries, particularly, but not only in the field of CE,
  31. but anyone else that may provide us with relevant information will
  32. be acknowledged.
