  17. In answer to Irwin Primer's note about a US location for Panckoucke's
  18. Encyclopedie methodique: yes, it's the large ency. that followed Diderot
  19. et al.'s [for large: read huge]. If anyone knows of a US location, I'd
  20. be grateful. I checked the usual sources a few years ago (perhaps more
  21. than a few), and couldn't find one. It's a highly important work. I'll
  22. of course have to recheck sources, but someone might remember seeing
  23. a copy someplace. I am grateful to Irwin Primer's message, because it
  24. does indicate that somewhere, there is one in the US!
