  20.    I've heard some rumors that Novell may be planning to "streamline"
  21. Unix to get rid of some of the (alleged) bloat. As far as Unix
  22. being well thought out, that may have been true for V7, but from
  23. what I've read it seems that SVR4 and most modern Unix-derived
  24. operating systems are a jumbled mix of features from SV and BSD.
  25. Not to say it is bad, mind you. As far as which is better is
  26. concerned, I've not have enough experience with Novell to make a
  27. comparison. Personally, I'd be happiest if we could convert all
  28. our systems to the Amoeba operating system from VU in The Netherlands.
