  15. I am interested in the presence, type, synthesis, and gene
  16. structure of capsules in Bacillus spp.  I am aware of capsule
  17. in B. anthracis but I haven't found any other references for
  18. other Bacillus spp. Are there other references I can get?

  20. Is there any correlation between gram pos capsule and gram neg
  21. capsule type/synthesis/regulation?

  23. What is the rationale for making capsule in gram pos organisms
  24. over, say, spore formation?

  26. In B. anthracis, is capsule a normal situation? or does the 
  27. absence of it favor spore formation?
