  18. drives are) <$300 wholesale in Vancouver (bought one last week).

  20. And higher up the hard disk drive price range, $3650 will buy you a *fast*
  21. 2GB SCSI drive and might leave you some change.

  23. Of course you still have to add in controllers, raid hardware and overhead,
  24. systems integration, systems operation, backup, maintenance, etc. And markup.

  26. Capital costs for a beast like this should be amortized over about three years.
