  12. I am looking to open a new checking account in a bay area
  13. bank or savings and loan.  I would like to know which banks (or
  14. savings and loans) offer free checking accounts.  Are the any that
  15. do not require a minimum balance, or have a low minimum?  Do they
  16. include free checks? Do they give any other perks with a minimum
  17. balance (free traverlers checks? free save deposit box? etc.)

  19. I would also like to know how convenient access to this bansk 
  20. account is.  Are there many branches?  Are there many ATMs?
  21. Do they charge for using another banks atm?  For a supermarket or
  22. gas station atm?  Are there phone and modom services?  Any other
  23. services or extras?
