  31.  It works, I actually saw a demonstration on television.  The whole point
  32. of the demonstration was that the "Club" is not the perfect theft
  33. prevention device, but rather a deterrent.  If a thief wants to steal
  34. your car, the "Club" will add a couple of minutes to the time it takes
  35. to rip it off.
