  13. I need somebody to take over my lease! I have a chance to move in with friends (for cheaper rent), but my lease doesn't end till
  14. May of '93. I am responsible for the rent till someone else moves in, and my management doesn't seem to be in a hurry to find 
  15. anyone! SO, if someone is looking for a one-bedroom with a really short lease agreement (one semester at UT/ACC, for example), here
  16. it is! If not, you can always sign another lease in May.

  18. The apartment is in north Austin, down the street from ACC Northridge campus in Metric/Braker area. Rent is $420/month.
  19. Ammenities include:
  20.     *Washer/Dryer UNITS (not just connections) in apartment
  21.     *Full health club features:  Weight room, free aerobics, raquetball court w/free lessons if desired, three jacuzzi's, hike
  22.      and bike trail across street (very long), nice pool area 
  23.     *Garbage pick-up at your door!!
  24.     *Friendly/cooperative management (I love them!)
  25.     *Bus stop across street
  26.     *Pets allowed
  27.     *Easy access to I-35, Mo-pac, and 183
  28.     *Close to IBM, Dell, T.I., the Arboretum

  30. I really love living here and would do so forever if it weren't for my tight budget! My electricity bills have rarely been over 
  31. $20, but I am somewhat conservative (yes, I do use the air conditioning). This is a fairly new complex, and I have had no problems 
  32. with anything breaking or not working. When I do have a problem or question, the management is helpful. It's a neat place to live, 
  33. especially if you like to exercise or just walk around outside. The apartment is somewhat small (not quite 600 sq. ft), but space
  34. efficient.
