- Still the DoTC, as far as I know. Can't remember how much; they kept
- changing the fee almost every year! At one time there was a blanket
- fee that covered up to 5 rigs (ideal for the farm: one in the farm-house,
- one in the tractor, one in the car, one in the harvester, one in the barn
- etc. Farmers are probably the biggest users of CB).
