- I frequently log in from LA and have been noticing a dramatic change in
- packeting effects in the last two weeks. Am I to believe that the
- growth in net usage is noticeable on such short timescales?? At first thought
- one could attribute the reduced performance to a seasonal increase in
- demand, however I would expect _academic_ usage to fall off near Christmas.
- Also, I am seeing these effects around 3am-8am AEDT when user demand from
- inside Australia is surely at a minimum.
