  14. Metros news disk filled up over the Christmas Weekend.
  15. When the disks were rearranged and the system restarted (on Dec 27)
  16. the newsxd process didn't start up because a lockfile had not been removed.

  18. I fixed this up on Dec 29 at 10:00. News should start flowing again now.
