- Well, since you've listed the Timor separatist movement in Indonesia and
- several similar organizations in India I don't see why Northern Ireland et
- al would not qualify for your list as well.

- internal warfare count as civil war?
- Does terrorism count as warfare? Nation States treat terrorists like
- criminals, but terrorists often claim to be military personnel.
