  19. Well, since you've listed the Timor separatist movement in Indonesia and
  20. several similar organizations in India I don't see why Northern Ireland et
  21. al would not qualify for your list as well.

  23. A better question. Since a 'Civil War' is an accepted type of war does any
  24. internal warfare count as civil war?
  25. Does terrorism count as warfare? Nation States treat terrorists like
  26. criminals, but terrorists often claim to be military personnel.
