- Hello,
- Please excuse this post if this is not the right newsgroup.
-
- I am looking for recommendations for a good English dictionary, desk size, either
- hardback or paperback. I currently am using a 1989 paperback edition of
- _The American Heritage Dictionary_, but I have been dismayed in the last few
- months at how many words I have searched for are not included.
-
- If this information is in a FAQ somewhere, I will appreciate a pointer in the
- right direction.
-
- Post or email responses welcome. Thank you for your help.
