  25. That bomb was at the concert in Stockholm. Deicide played in a (small) arena,
  26. and the bomb was placed at a back door, just behind the stage. Only the door
  27. and the outer side of the wall was damaged.
  28. One thing is that I'm not sure if the bomb was directed at Deicide...
  29. The bands announced were (in the playing order):

  31. Furbowl (Swedish band you probably haven't heard of)
  32. Therion
  33. Gorefest
  34. Atrocity
  35. Deicide

  37. Furbowl didn't play for some reason and the bomb exploded during Gorefest's
  38. set. If you were out to get rid of Deicide, why would you let the bomb explode
  39. while (supposedly) Therion were playing?
  40. Therion has a load of death threats from the Norwegian Black Metal
  41. circle hanging over them, and if they had played as second band and if the
  42. bomb had been more effective, then they would have been in small pieces now.

  44. Anyway, Gorefest finished their set as only a few people had realised that
  45. there had been a bomb. You could barely hear the explosion, and myself I
  46. (and many others) just thought it was some failed stage pyrotechnics.
  47. After a while the police arrived and they decided to stop the concert as
  48. they were afraid that there could be more bombs around. Everyone did like
  49. this decision though (like, say, the 1200+ of us who had payed entrance)
  50. so they let Deicide play 4 songs to avoid too much rioting. There was some
  51. trouble anyway I've heard, but I had left by then.

  53. So, in short, I payed loads of money to see five bands, I got two and a half
  54. and the chance of more big Death Metal concerts in Stockholm has decreased.
