- Personally, I use GNU ghostscript on my 386BSD Unix box to render postscript
- to my dot matrix printer. GNU ghostscript is a freely available postscript
- interpreter; it takes a postscript file (from troff, for example) and 'ras-
- terizes' (for lack of a better word) similar to what PC programs like True-
- type for Windows, or ATM do. It comes with a decent font selection, and
- I *think* (don't know for sure) that other Type 1 fonts (like ones you see
- on BBSes all the time) can be used with it.
