  11. Our racing team had its first outing of the season on Saturday (12/26) in
  12. Phillips, Wisconsin. This was not an NSSR event, but it was a good practice
  13. run for the NSSR opener next week. We brought 3 sleds there and took home
  14. 3 first place trophies.

  16. The Pro Stocks fastest speed was a 127.4 MPH, this is a PSI powered Polaris.
  17. We had the only Pro Stock at the event and the speed also won the "Fastest
  18. Speed of the Day" award.
  19.  
  20. The Super Stock turned a fast speed of 117.5 MPH, this is a Polaris Indy 650.
  21. One other Super Stock was in our class (SS1), and this was also a Polaris
  22. which turned a fast speed of 114 MPH.

  24. The biggest surprise of the day was with our XLT. This sled raced in the
  25. Improved Stock class (IS10) and turned a fast speed of 106.7 MPH. We were
  26. expecting the 96-100 MPH range with this sled. Improved Stock allows some
  27. engine work and pipes, the rest is stock. One other sled in IS10 was at the
  28. event, it was also an XLT, it turned a fast time of 100 MPH.
