  13. Technology is a tool and like any tool it's value is determined by how it
  14. is wielded.  Unfortunately every time a new technology is achieved
  15. society (or a portion of) has an apparent need to find distrucitve uses
  16. first.  Second it justifies any use simplly because the ability exists.  To
  17. me that is the problem...just because something can be done doesn't mean
  18. that it should.  I like the Idea of requiring Ethical Impact Statements
  19. prior to implementing any new technology to insure that society doesn't
  20. degrade further because of an ....
