- Technology is a tool and like any tool it's value is determined by how it
- is wielded. Unfortunately every time a new technology is achieved
- society (or a portion of) has an apparent need to find distrucitve uses
- first. Second it justifies any use simplly because the ability exists. To
- me that is the problem...just because something can be done doesn't mean
- that it should. I like the Idea of requiring Ethical Impact Statements
- prior to implementing any new technology to insure that society doesn't
- degrade further because of an ....
